Unfortunately, infertility is such a common struggle now that so many women who aren’t even trying to have a baby yet are afraid that when they do, they too are going to have trouble. The methods that I teach are the same practices I follow in my own life to live a healthy lifestyle and also prepare for our future children. While we are not currently trying to conceive, I know that no matter how far out that may be, what my husband and I do now matters and it’s never too early to start. We are paving the way now so that when we are ready, we will have a clear, healthy path to conceiving, and I want to teach you how to do the same. Because while 1 in 8 women struggle with infertility, you are more than just a statistic—you are a powerful woman! Balance as the path to pregnancy

Balance is key and that’s what my teachings are all about. There are certain areas in your mind, body, and home that must be balanced if you are going to get and stay pregnant. Think about it this way: you wouldn’t wake up and run a marathon one day without training for it months in advance right? The same goes for trying to conceive. Sure, you could just wing it and hope for the best, but most women out there right now aren’t having a very good success rate in doing so. If you want to start trying to conceive any time soon, you need to do the mental, emotional and physical training necessary to build a healthy mind, body, AND home first and then you have to maintain it.

Pregnancy is not a one-day event, it’s a 9-month marathon whereas the mama, you are responsible for nurturing not only the new life inside of you, but staying on top of your own wellbeing. The exercises that I walk you through are designed for every aspect of your fertility and pregnancy journey to help you maintain balance in regards to your mental and emotional health as well as preparing your home to have a solid foundation for your growing family.
